Culpeper County High School

Sports Marketing Students from both CCHS and EVHS attended a Sports Business Day at FedEx Field. The students were given a behind the scenes tour of the stadium, and heard from several members of the Commanders Marketing Department.  Students heard about how the marketing team members began their careers in professional sports without being a professional athlete, and all of the ins and outs of what they do every day for the team and Commanders fans. They talked about everything from what they studied in college, how many hours they put in during the season and how they worked through the pandemic and a rebranding. It was a great experience and each student will receive a ticket to come back for the Commanders game against the Dolphins in December.
